Is this invoice generator really free?
Yes, completely free with no hidden charges, no watermarks, and no sign-up required. Create unlimited invoices and download them as PDF.
Is my data safe?
All data stays in your browser. Nothing is sent to any server. Your invoices are saved locally on your device using browser storage. We never see or store your business information.
Can I add my company logo?
Yes! Drag and drop your logo image (PNG or JPG, max 2MB) into the logo area, or click to browse. Your logo will appear on the invoice header.
Can I add multiple tax rates?
Yes. Click "Add Second Tax" to add a second tax line. Each tax can be a percentage or flat amount with a custom name (e.g. VAT, GST, Sales Tax).
How do I save and load invoices?
Click "Save" to store the current invoice in your browser. Click "Load" to see all saved invoices and load any one. Use "Duplicate" to create a copy of the current invoice with a new number.
What currencies are supported?
Over 30 currencies including USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD, JPY, INR, and many more. Select your currency from the dropdown in Invoice Settings.
